Prepare for a successful and productive meeting or event experience through Context365.

1. Use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser

We recommend you log into Context365 through Google Chrome or Firefox for the best overall experience.

2. Download the app

Take meetings on the go through your tablet or mobile device. If you already have the app, be sure to check if you have the latest version downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

3. Test your mic and camera before your meeting

Context365 connects to your built-in mic and webcam. If you don't have a camera, you can still join a meeting with just your mic. Test your settings by clicking on Audio/Video Settings on the right side of the Meeting Lobby. Make sure you allow Camera, Microphone, and Notifications through your browser.

 

4. Troubleshooting your mic and camera

To troubleshoot your mic and camera visit test.webrtc.org. First, click the hamburger menu on the right. Then, select your audio source and video source from the drop-down menus under Settings > Media. Select CONTINUE and click Start to begin the test.

5. Do not share credentials

You can only be logged into one device at a time with your credentials. If you share credentials with a colleague who intends to be logged in at the same time as you, you will not be able to access the platform and/or will encounter system errors. If you are switching from your mobile device to desktop or vice versa, please be sure to log out of the original device.

6. Join a meeting

To join a meeting from your desktop, click on the Meeting Lobby from the Context365 Dashboard. There is no Meeting Lobby button in the app. To join through the mobile app, click on Summit Schedule from the Dashboard. You will be able to join a meeting 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

8. Add a colleague to a meeting

You can add a colleague to your scheduled meetings. However, they must have their own Context365 account and have finished onboarding prior to the meeting. If you are attending an event, your colleague needs to also be registered for the event. If you need assistance adding colleagues or registering an additional colleague for an event, contact us at help@context365.com. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 60 minutes to be added to the system, so be sure to let us know if anyone needs to be added before your meetings begin.

9. Share your screen

You can share your screen during a meeting. Tear sheets and marketing attachments can also be downloaded from the platform.
